40.5 kV withdrawable metal-clad switchgear for high-voltage power distribution, control and protection.

Wafr supplies indoor withdrawable metal-clad switchgear for three-phase power systems. The system uses a single-busbar arrangement and can be equipped with withdrawable circuit breakers for power distribution, control, protection and monitoring applications.

  1. Compact structure: The skeleton is formed by bending thin steel plates and assembled with high-strength bolts and nuts, with high mechanical strength and light weight. By using composite insulation and optimizing electrode shape, the cabinet structure is compact and the footprint is reduced.
  2. Good suitability: The product is designed according to the second categories, which meets harsh conditions (all working conditions) and is suitable for Class II pollution areas. The incoming and outgoing cables are positioned up to 870mm for easy wiring. The scheme is complete and convenient, and it can meet the requirements of various power distribution systems.
  3. Stable performance: There are reliable mechanical "five prevention" interlocks between the circuit breaker, grounding switch and door, and the operation is completely flexible; the circuit breaker has stable and reliable breaking performance, long electrical and mechanical life, easy installation and maintenance, and long maintenance cycle.
  4. Safe and stable: Each functional component is placed in a separate compartment and equipped with an independent pressure relief channel to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, and the cabinet adopts flame-retardant bus bushing to prevent fire and prevent the expansion of hazard.
  5. Intelligentizing: The intelligent control and protection device can facilitate the realization of power distribution automation. When used in conjunction with the intelligent operation and maintenance background, it has the advantages of preventing and avoiding accidents, strengthening the internal energy assessment of enterprises, reducing equipment maintenance and overhaul time, and realizing data resource sharing.
